Checking In

This has been an intense start of the year. At Chorus One, we've been growing fast and going through a lot of change. And as a result, I've been doing too many calls.

For me, doing too many calls is not great. A lot of other things start to suffer. I neglected my wife. I have barely played tennis in the last month. I have written only a few blog posts.

So getting back to a place of fewer calls and less work will be a priority for me in the next months. The current rhythm isn't sustainable.

At the start of the year, I also wrote a post called creating space, outlining a 30-day plan to reduce information input / usage of digital tools. I did not succeed at that. I lasted no more than a few days.
